Q1. Can your toy guns be legally shipped to my country?

Yes! All of our toy guns comply with safety and toy regulations. We offer orange tips and only ship to countries where import is permitted. Still unsure? Contact us at service@survivortoys.com before ordering.

Q2. What type of batteries or gel beads do your blasters use?ZZ

Each product page indicates the required battery type and compatible gel beads. Most of our toys come with a rechargeable battery and USB charger.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Your order will go through the following steps: from our warehouse to the distribution center; scanned and issued by staff; export customs clearance; air freight preparation; shipped by air; import customs clearance; local delivery (e.g. USPS in the U.S.).

🇺🇸 How does USPS handle delivery in the United States?

Once your parcel arrives in the U.S., USPS handles it in two phases: Phase 1 – International Transit: tracking becomes active within 12 business days after being scanned at USPS Los Angeles Gateway (LAX); Phase 2 – Final Delivery: USPS completes delivery within 3–5 business days after customs clearance.

Note: Real-time tracking may not be available early due to system integration with our new logistics partners.

We sync tracking info with USPS daily, initiate a priority check if there's no update after 14 days, and notify you once the parcel is scanned by USPS.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track it directly on our website or through the shipping carrier's site.

Q7. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes! Please contact us immediately at service@survivortoys.com. Once shipped, we cannot change or cancel the order.

Our products are recommended for ages 14 and up. While designed for safe play, we strongly recommend using eye protection during use.
